When do I sign up for camp this year?

Sign-ups will take place when the clock strikes 9am on Saturday March 16th, 2024. As in years past, we are expecting that sessions will sell out quickly. If you are planning to register for one or more sessions in 2024, please visit our Eventbrite registration page at 9am on March 16th.

What can I expect from registration in 2024?

Canyon Camp will again offer a streamlined registration process this year thorough the ticketing site Eventbrite. Signing up for camp sessions will be as simple as purchasing concert tickets. Please see the tips below on how to have a smooth and stress free enrollment day.

Tip #1: Bookmark our Eventbrite enrollment page

Please bookmark this page ahead of time for quick access to enrollment the morning of the 11th.

Tip #2: Know the process

As you add each session (“ticket”) to your cart, you will be prompted to enter your name and phone number as well as the full name and age of the child you are signing-up. Once all desired tickets have been added to your cart, you will have 10 minutes to complete the checkout process with your debit/credit card information. Please note that in addition to the $423 per session enrollment rate, Eventbrite includes an additional service fee of approximately $30 per session. Canyon Camp will continue to offer full refunds for enrollment up until May 30th, however Eventbrite service fees are non-refundable.

Tip #3: Have insurance ID cards and emergency contact info handy

After completing payment, you will land on an Eventbrite confirmation page, and an confirmation will be sent to your email. Your spots have been secured. This is a great time to breathe a sigh of relief, get some water and take your time with the next step. The URL for completing your online Medical Information and Emergency form will be included in your confirmation page. Please note that enrollment is not complete until medical/emergency forms have been completed and electronically signed.

Tip #4: Visit the waitlist when sessions sell out

We hope that our streamlined registration process will result in a positive user experience for our treasured Canyon Camp families, however, due to the small size of our camp we expect that sessions will sell out before all families are able to be served. As an additional resource, our waitlist will go live on our website in tandem with registration opening. This way, if the specific session(s) you are looking for fills up early, you can submit your waitlist request before registration closes. We have had great success with serving our waitlisted families over the years. The waitlist form will be found on the menu bar on our homepage.
